Cancellations and refunds
No checkout is operated here. These provisions explain enquiries and later separately accepted work.
1. The website itself has no checkout
The public icon boards are not a paid software download. No icon licence, subscription, development hour or application account can be bought through this site. Browsing and preparing a local outline are free, with no payment fields or card collection. Deleting an unsent enquiry therefore leaves no website charge to reverse. Even a received message may remain an exploratory request rather than an accepted assignment. A real commissioned set and its payment obligations require a separate agreement that identifies the actual work.
2. Before accepting paid work
For a commissioned icon system, agree payment and cancellation arrangements with the inventory and review stages. A six-symbol study and a large family with many sizes have different work requirements. Identify any deposit, staged approval, file handover and scope of included revision before acceptance. Nothing in the portfolio imposes a fixed cancellation percentage or a universal non-refundable rule. Any treatment of work already completed must reflect the real instructions and applicable mandatory rights, rather than the number of icons visible in a fictional example.
3. Changing or cancelling an accepted request
If you want to cancel work that has actually been accepted, communicate promptly and identify the agreement and the work affected. Ask for confirmation of what has been received and what can still be stopped. Opening an email application or deleting a draft is not a cancellation received by the other party. Depending on the agreement and applicable law, work already completed, specifically authorised expenses or irreversible third-party commitments may need separate consideration. Their existence and amount must be established from the actual record.
4. Concerns about the delivered scope
A concern about an accepted delivery should identify the symbol, required size, file format or optical rule that does not match the brief. Different preferences or newly introduced meanings may require a revised scope, while a missing agreed asset can call for correction. Interface implementation problems may involve a separate party and need their own evidence. The appropriate remedy depends on the agreement, actual deliverables and applicable law. No automatic reimbursement, unlimited redesign or measured usability outcome is promised by these concept pages.
5. Third-party orders and commitments
Software subscriptions, development, application deployment and third-party asset licences are not purchased through this website and may have separate terms if later required. The initial website form does not authorise any such order. Ask which costs are included, which require your approval and who is the contracting party before committing funds. A cancellation request to this publisher does not automatically cancel a separate agreement with another provider. Likewise, a third party’s policy cannot by itself decide what is owed under a different agreement. Establish the actual payments and contractual roles when considering reimbursement.
6. How to raise a refund request
Send a request about an actual icon engagement to [email protected], identifying the agreed work and any relevant payment. Explain the discrepancy and the resolution you seek; avoid sending repository credentials, full card information or private user data. This website has no payment processor, refund console or bank verification step. A local draft is not a received claim. If reimbursement is agreed later, the parties need an appropriate verified route and a clear record of what is being repaid.
7. Statutory rights and updates
Applicable mandatory rights may govern cancellation periods, defective services, refunds or other remedies and take precedence where required. Nothing here requires someone to waive rights that cannot be waived or accept an invented universal no-refund rule. This page describes the website and enquiry process as of 3 November 2026. A future paid product, subscription or ordering feature would need conditions that describe that feature before use. For an existing engagement, review the terms actually accepted and the law applicable to that transaction.
